1.0 out of 5 stars Good scales rubbish customer service, 9 Nov. 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I bought these scales from Amazon 3 yrs ago. They were accurate and easy to use but after 3 years of on average once or twice a week, they have gone faulty and it is impossible to set the display to zero - not very good for an item with a 15 year warranty. When I contacted Amazon about repair or replacement I was told to send them back to the manufacturer at my expense. I queried this and was told that I could not expect to get a repair or replacement as I had had the scales for 38 months and they were well out of the warranty period! after I pointed out how unhelpful and arrogant this response was, Amazon haven't replied -surprise surprise Great customer service Amazon! just the way to start losing customers. To sum up the scales are fine for the price, just don't buy them from Amazon if you expect any help when they stop working after a few years.

1.0 out of 5 stars Gold..Crapp!, 9 Sept. 2013
This review is from: Tales of Us (Audio CD)
This album is by far the worst produced by Goldfrapp. It is simply a rehash of Felt Mountain, but whereas the latter was an original and an exciting production for it`s time, this album is dated and boring. Whereas some die hard Goldfrapp fans may be content to accept any rubbish they produce, I personally feel that this album is total crapp and definitely not of their usual standard.
