2.0 out of 5 stars A terrible waste of time and energy, 16 May 2012
This review is from: Telling Stories (Paperback)
I am quite suprised there was that much to say about his life, but then obviously anyone with a God complex would probaly have a lot to write. For any discerning individual i would try and avoid wasting your money buying this book or renting it from a library or aquiring it from the internet. You will find there is more substance in the air between the pages than in the words written on them.

That said, I am going to give it two stars as it did hold my door open quite well when moving house the other day and it does use recycled paper.

1.0 out of 5 stars This surely can not be from Dependent?, 8 April 2010
This review is from: Dependence 2010 (MP3 Download)
This is perhaps one of the worst releases from Dependent I have heard. Despite not being a big fan of Mesh their track is the only one that stands out.

The dismantled demo of 'The Whore inside me' sounds really promising on-line and as a massive Dismantled fan was really looking forward to it, but on this release it sounds like the demo of the demo. The mix is bad, the drums way over the top.

Overall a collection of bad mixes. Not really what I expect from Dependent. I can now understand why people download albums for free. Despite my loss I will still not be one of those people

4.0 out of 5 stars A good Camera, 1 Dec. 2009
I have had this camera for 6 months now and it's served me well. If you are looking for a camera to use on family holidays and have no aspirations to turn this in to a hobby, then this is a good camera for you. If you are looking to start the beginning of your bobby then this will last you 6 to 9 months before you will want to move on, so it may be worth considering an SLR

+ The quality of the picture is really good
+ Good battery life
+ Worth it for the money
+ Light weight and smaller enough to fit in your pocket
+ Resistant to damage.
+ Easy to get use to

- Camera cap comes off really easily.
- Settings to change aperture, ISA and shutter speed are a bit clumsy.
- If you are moderate to large hands you will find it hard to get a good grip on the camera without some practice.
- Flash is useless (Although the manual settings will allow you take good pictures in low light)
