2.0 out of 5 stars Short annecdotes, 29 April 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I was disappointed with the brevity of this book and the poor grammar. Not worth the money. The few short annecdotes are amusing but the quality is poor and the the writing style is lazy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Mystery, 9 April 2012
This story is well written so you can lose yourself in the action. There are a good mix of characters and you don't find out until right at the end if anyone is a hero or an antagonist.

The Black Arrow
The Black Arrow

5.0 out of 5 stars Not just for history buffs, 9 April 2012
This review is from: The Black Arrow (Kindle Edition)
This story is as good as any modern adventure. It has: a real mix of characters, great descriptions and scene settings, action, shocks, mystery, and romance. The style of writing is not dificult to read so you can lose yourself in the story. The characters lead you through a time in history that is difficult to imagine, giving you an understanding of what it would have been like to live without modern comforts. Anyone who reads this book will not be disappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Not just for children, 9 April 2012
I loved this story which is as good as any modern adventure. The style of writing is easily read, so that you get caught up in the events and the fate of the children. The mix of characters lead you through a shameful time in English history and gives you an understanding for the citizens and antagonists on both sides. Anyone who tries this book will not be disappointed.

Love and Honor (Nicolas and Serolene Book 1)
Love and Honor (Nicolas and Serolene Book 1)

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Adventure, 9 April 2012
This story is so well written that I became completely engrossed in it. There is a real mix of characters, with the hero and heroine leading you through a fascinating time in history. It was different for me reading about a time when the French and English were enemies, but from the French point of view. As soon as I'd finished the book I wanted to get the sequel or another book by the same author, but this is his first book so far, which is hard to believe by the quality of writing. I eagerly anticipate the next book.Anyone who gets this book will not be disappointed.
