Utterly delicious alternatives for people living with a wheat or dairy intolerance, 12 April 2011
A revelation for people living with allergies! When I first discovered that I was lactose intolerant I had a crushing couple of weeks coming to terms with the wealth of favorite foods I could no longer cook - custard, pastry, lasagne, chocolate cake. When I then met a man with a wheat allergy I thought that all hope of dinners for two had just flown out the window. Luckily however, Grace Cheetham came to the rescue. The recipes are easy to follow and absolutely delicious - wonderful, vibrant dishes that are equally loved by friends who can eat wheat and dairy and those who can't. This is the book that brought apple crumble back into my life!
