Fujifilm FinePix S2950 Digital Camera - (14MP, 18x Optical Zoom) 3-inch LCD
Fujifilm FinePix S2950 Digital Camera - (14MP, 18x Optical Zoom) 3-inch LCD

4.0 out of 5 stars Good value but some problems, 18 Mar 2012
I've had this camera for a couple of months now, the first few days were very disappointing, but they do improve once you get used to the settings. The Zoom is very impressive for the price and it has a nice shape. The back screen is poor and the lens cap comes off quite easily in your bag, so the lens will probably get scratched eventually, but overall it is a good camera for its price and gives you quite a lot of control over the picture settings.

3.0 out of 5 stars What you would expect, 24 April 2011
I havn't had a bike for a long time and was wondering if I wanted one, with cycling becoming more popular these days. I got this being a cheap folding bike. After a month I'm pretty happy with it. It's a bit small and slow, but it works fine. I will probably get a new bike before too long, but this is a good bike to get to see if you like would use a bike if you had one and don't have a garage to put a full size bike in.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good and different from the Good Beer Guide, 13 Jan 2011
I have been using the 2007 Good Beer Guide, and wanted something more up to date, but I wanted a different guide as it was not causing too many problems. While the good beer guide focuses almost exclusively on ale availability this guide has a focus on food and accommodation, this differences makes me think it is sensible to alternate between the two guides. This means that the GPG is defiantly preferable for pubs to go to with your partner, but much less useful in other contexts. There are almost no entries in suburban areas for example.

A Handbook for Travellers in Japan: Including the Whole Empire from Yezo to Formosa
A Handbook for Travellers in Japan: Including the Whole Empire from Yezo to Formosa
by John Murray
Edition: Paperback
Price: 26.99

4.0 out of 5 stars The Japans, 12 Nov 2010
I was wondering what this was exactly. I have just received it and it is a photocopy of a 1900 guidebook. The copy is fine although not great and about 1/8th of the pages are blacked out. However it is fascinating to know how people visited Japan a hundred years ago. It is very practical and detailed with even very small places covered and some drawings.

Overall a fascinating book for anyone interested in history and Japan, although an original copy would be better.

The Lost Symbol (Robert Langdon)
The Lost Symbol (Robert Langdon)
by Dan Brown
Edition: Paperback
Price: 5.00

3.0 out of 5 stars Lazmac, 20 Oct 2010
I've just finished this and have read all of Mr Brown's books. They are all pretty similar; ridiculous and exciting. The Da Vinci Code was a fair bit better than this with more exciting twists, but this is of equal standard to his other books, easy to read and a good way to while away a few hours of your life.

5.0 out of 5 stars The best way to get the Films, 16 Feb 2006
The Godfather Films are one of my favourite set of films, and I got this box set several years ago, and would recommend this to anyone. THe films work better in Chronological order than any other. There are also some extra scenes cut in. As anyone who has read the book and then seen the film will realise, there are several parts of the film that do not make sense, and the extra scenes fill in the gaps. Overall I would recomend this version, particularly to fans of the book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Football in Sun and Shadow, 22 Jan 2006
This is the most beaustiful book on the beautiful game I have ever read. It is wonderfully translated, making the description of the players sound almost poetic. It is also facinating to read about both club and international football from a south american perspective. I find my self continually re-reading the short stand alone chapters.

5.0 out of 5 stars just William Two, 1 Jan 2006
All the William tapes are brilliant but this is the best of the lot with the leopard hunter and the new neighbour being my personal favourites
