Not really what I expected, 25 Jan 2013
Probably nothing wrong with this book if it is used by students of Miyama Ryu just as a textbook. Unfortunately, giving the main title as 'Secrets of Combat Jujutsu is, in my opinion, misleading as I did not find anything that I would define as a 'secret'. I had hoped for content that would enable me to add some improvements to another form of Jujitsu that I do but that was not the case.

Exactly what I needed, 25 Jan 2013
I tore the tendons in my wrist a few days before a JuJitsu grading and had almost zero mobility and significant pain. This enabled me to attend the session and also to continue regular training, which would not otherwise be possible. It has exceeded my expectations.

Illegal in a public place, for most people, 16 Nov 2012
I consider the advertising wording for this knife to be dangerously misleading. Despite the wording in the description "It's a knife you could carry around with you on your keys and it wouldn't get in the way", please be aware that carrying a lock knife in the UK, irrespective of blade length, will under section 139 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988, be considered as an offence unless one has a "good reason or lawful authority". The reason is going to have to be good enough to convince a police officer and possibly the CPS and carrying such a knife on the off-chance of needing to cut a bit of string is not going to do it. The prison sentence for being in possession of a knife with a lockable blade in a public area is up to 4 years.

Great find!, 9 Aug 2012
I bought these because Nokia would not supply me with a replacement ear bud for my BH-505 bluetooth headphones. Perfect fit, cheap and loads of spares. Very pleased

Does exactly what it should, 9 Aug 2012
My Hayter lawn mower, with a Briggs and Stratton engine was dying after about 20 minutes of use. It would start again but only once it had been given a chance to cool down - about the time to make and drink a cup of tea. I replaced the magneto with this version and it now works as it should. One fixed lawn mower but no more excuses to stop and have a cup of tea!

Doesn't fit, 9 Aug 2012
I have had an Incipio Feather case, on my iPhone 4 for about 2 years and when it was damaged recently, decided to purchase the same make/model of case again. The new case arrived from Amazon this morning and it does not fit properly. It should just click over each edge but due to a bend in the case, the sides spring away from the phone and the phone is not, therefore, held properly. Although it has the Incipio logo embossed into the back, it feels different from the original and I could see a shiny patch develop on the back within seconds of holding it. Not really even worth 1 star because it completely fails to deliver on its primary function. Returning it today. I'll buy a replacement from the supplier of my first case.

Every case usable, 20 April 2012
I went for a known brand and one that did not have a stack of complaints about broken cases being received. I made the right choice. These may be a little more expensive than some others but they are better value for money. A quality product and all of them usable. When/if I ever run out, I will buy more of the same.

Good, except for the silicon, 20 April 2012
I disagree with other comments about these shorts being too tight. They are supposed to be a close fit and I would say that the sizing is pretty accurate. Perhaps they are a little more true to the sizes stated than is the case with the flattering sizing of most clothing! My only issue is with the strip of silicone at the ends of the legs. I find these very itchy and distracting, which is a shame because I can't fault the shorts, otherwise.

They don't work, 25 Mar 2012
I bought these to allow me to have my external backup drives further away from the PC. They simply don't work. Neither backup drive was recognised until I replaced them with the original (shorter) cables. I tried several times but always with the same result. The plugs are actually slightly shorter than the originals and I suspect that that they are not making contact.
