5.0 out of 5 stars Simply Amazing, 29 May 2014
Aquaman is by far the most interesting title in the new 52

Geoff Johns has made aquaman cool after several years of ridicule.

The exploration of characters and the set pieces in this graphic novel are amazing.

I can't recommend this graphic novel enough and the new volume can't come quick enough.

Geoff Johns i salute you !

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant, 27 Mar 2013
I brought this from forbidden planet, a shop in the city center and i started reading it on the bus and was instantly amazed by the art, jim lee is fantastic. I was never really into comic books but i thought new 52 would be a good place to start and what a place to start, justice league is fantastic, flash and hal make me laugh, batman is brooding but badass at the same time. I highly recommend this to anyone

4.0 out of 5 stars Very Enjoyable, 27 Mar 2013

I ordered this a few days ago, after hearing about the new 52 launch, and as someone who has never really been 'into' comic books, i decided to dive right in, i brought this one as well as Scott Snyders 'court of owls' and everyone i have spoken to have said that they prefer court of owls to this, but weirdly i couldn't get into court of owls, i wasn't a huge fan of the art and it just didn't grab me. However this one grabbed me (what did happen to the joker) and maybe there was a few stale parts but its only the first 7 issues they are setting stuff up, i am greatly looking forward to scare tactics.
