Nothing new, 3 July 2014
This book is a quick read, nothing really surprising about losing weight easy. The moral of the story is "eat less, move more" most of the population already know that. But it does have some alternatives to cooking " unhealthy food" the " healthy way" if you are happy to substitute a Hamburger for a Turkey burger ext. Like I said nothing new!
