Highly recommend this product!

Normally Im pretty cack-handed and typically mess this sort of thing up, so believe me, if I can do it, so can you!!

It took me about 1.5hrs to finish off the project, but Im sure you could do it quicker. Comes with easy to follow instructions with pictures to show you exactly what to do.

A very happy camper!

4.0 out of 5 stars The Adults answer to the Jolly Postman!, 9 May 2008
If you like crime, if you like mysteries, then this is your chance to solve one! This is a fantastically well presented 'interactive book' that provides all the clues necessary to solve the mystery. The whole book has been put together really well, and is a real must for any fan of Sherlock Holmes.

The troubled Dr Watson is in desperate need of his super-sleuth friend, who is, we shall say, 'unavailable'. Desperate times calls for desperate measures, Dr Watson writes to an old friend in America for assistance. The story is held together by Dr Watson's letter with the clues stashed in envolopes to read as the story unfolds, so there is a real sense that you are solving the crime yourself.

I have to say I found the Introduction and opening pages a bit annoying and extremely confusing, while they try to set the scene it all feels a bit over-egged, yet when the story kicks into gear I found the book really engaging and extremely enjoyable.

I really would recommend this to anyone - the book is so nicely presented that you are going to want to keep it forever. Definitely one that is not going to be going to the charity shop!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic, 13 Aug. 2007
A wonderfully charming book that exceeds all expectations. I honestly don't have a bad word to say against it!

The story evolves from what seems to be a fairly insignificant event, and develops into a story that will have you gripped.

Buy it! You won't regret it!

3.0 out of 5 stars A mixed bag, 12 Jun. 2007
On the one hand 'God of Small things' is a wonderfully dense book, tiny details are drawn to the readers attention. The fasinating tale of twins draws you in, whilst at the same time there is an eery quality to the book. You know almost immediately that something dark and twisted has happened, it is somehow implied, but in a very subtle way.

The inter-twinning of the past and the present drives the book, to understand the present, the past has to be examined thoroughly. However, sometimes this is confusing, sometimes struggling to grasp at what point in the story you are, past or present. This frustrated me at times.

A book which has left me in a quandry... I like it. I'm just not sure how much.
