A Misleading Adventure, 4 Aug. 2003
I totally agree about what was said about this album being boring.
When the single came out a few weeks ago, I thought 'Wow, that sounds brilliant' so I decided to get the album, thinking that it was going to be 16 hot summery jazzy beats. You can imagine my surprise when 13 of the tracks were dead boring, slow, monotonous and un-imaginative.
If you like this style, then it's perfect for you. But I feel that it was quite improper of the record company to sell the album after just a couple singles, which are completely different. I somewhat regret not taking it back. Oh well, I'm short of tea coasters!
