Seemed to be quite good to begin with and believed it compared with a friends torch which cost 25 pounds, however after maybe 2-3 months I have 2 of these torches that flicker even when just held in hand. Unsure of longevity of these. Care to note that I have only carried these on my person or in a backpack, I do not work in a manual industry so I doubt there has been any major physical impact on the item.
Great book for inspiration, appears to be written from a very knowledgeable and witty individual. Would be of use to amateur or professional chef. However don't expect any full recipes, the book merely points out the flavour ideas and process behind dishes
