Having read Sweet Poison: Why sugar makes you fat, I wanted to read further and so purchased this book. I'm looking forward to trying the recipes out in a few weeks, maybe months, depending how sugar free goes.
This book makes sense. Lots of scientific reasoning and facts but these are delivered in a reader friendly way. You can always skip these parts and read later! The graphs are eye opening and breakfast cereals, wow! Thankfully I only eat wheat biscuits and toast.
