still to use the plan, 21 Feb. 2013
Having purchased the book in January I am currently in the preparation stage of using the Hansons plan for my Marathon in July. In general the book straight forward and easy to read/use with the caveat of the volume you have to commit to. With all of the ancilliary chapters on stretching and diet etc it covers off all of the items you need to consider for your first or multiple marathon. Triathlete Europe has featured this book as well for its use in Ironman training once I am in the 18 week training I will be adapting the plan to work in triathlon.
