5.0 out of 5 stars Book review, 12 Feb. 2011
As a practising physical therapist I would suggest this therapy - T.P.T. - as one of the most important tools in my tool kit. This book is in my opinion the easiest to work from on this subject and possibly the most comprehensive.

5.0 out of 5 stars Medium season 1 review, 12 Feb. 2011
This review is from: Medium - Season 1 [DVD] (DVD)
Excellently produced, directed, and acted series dealing with a tricky subject sensitively and openly.
Patricia Arquette is brilliantly suited to give the lead role a believable credulity even to the most sceptic of people. Good entertainment that, for a change, causes us to contemplate beyond the end of our noses.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Blanks of Fire, 25 Nov. 2010
This product is the best of its kind and in using over a thousand blanks I've only ever had 1 duff blank.

4.0 out of 5 stars Rubber review, 4 April 2010
Not the best putty rubber I've used but adequate for most pencil drawings providing a light imprint is used. However for the heavy handed drawer best, in my opinion, look for something a bit more heavier duty. It does remove all graphite marks though quite well.

5.0 out of 5 stars An view from a tower., 27 July 2009
This review is from: Tarot Handbook (Paperback)
A little goldmine of information which compliments the Thoth tarot a treat.
Although this book is not an exact translation of Crowleys Thoth tarot book, it offers objective, and more importantly, interesting, observations based on this tarot and some good references for the non-magicians amongst us. The author is an anthropologist/psychologist with a love of symbolism that would make Jung proud, and which tantalises the little grey cells with yet more insight into this fascinating subject. It's alright having a live connection to the dead Mr Crowley ( which some critics appear to have ! ) but if like me you have struggled with the interpretations of the book ( Book of Thoth ) then this Tarot handbook is very welcome. One aspect which I found very useful is the attention to detail on the cards which Ms Arrien gives in abundance. Well done please write some more.

3.0 out of 5 stars A booklet more than a book !, 21 Jun. 2009
Only a short review for an equally short book. I found this book quite expensive for what it is at the normal retail price. Although it is helpful with the minor arcana of the 'Crowley' tarot there is virtually no reference to the major arcana. It does contain some useful tables etc., but if one owns the 'Thoth Tarot' textbook there is really not much to add from this little work. Add to that the usual Crowley obscurities and all together not a great value for money book.

5.0 out of 5 stars "Wake up Mr Inner Self", 23 Jun. 2008
This review is from: Tarot of the Secret Forest (Cards)
The cards are artistically based on renaissance-type colours, the deep, earthy, reds, yellows and greens, very similar to medieval tarot card colours. Personally I found this a joy, and more appealing than more in-your face packs currently on the market. Being designed by Italian artists possibly influenced in a Raphaelian direction!

The designs of the cards sparkle with an animalian charm of faery life amongst mother nature, with Barn Owls hunting, Lizards crawling, and all sorts of real, and imaginary creatures, drawing your intellect into the cards, and firing your imagination.

Underlying all the fabulous images in the cards is, I believe, the resounding message of spiritual development. If the artists have tried to give us a pack of tarot, to help us wake-up our intuition, then the've succeeded wonderfully with this pack. I can understand those who believe that this tarot is obscure, and not easy to read, but personally I think the effort is well worthwhile, and the rewards ample.

All in all this Tarot of the Secret Forest does exactly what it says in the title; it is a genuine tarot in that it teaches, it has secrets, and it is all about nature, and the forest life.....thank you for reading this opinion. masterrimo3san.
