"I'm a man! Women want to have sex with me! Aren't I great?", 17 July 2010
This is a terrible, terrible, book. If you still want to be able to watch Herring's standup and believe there's intelligence behind it, do not read it. It's not a memoir of a career, a life, or a man. It's a tiresome set of unconnected sexual anecdotes told without the creativity most teenaged boys can muster when showing off to their friends. Telling the reader he knows the lifestyle and storytelling is immature doesn't excuse it. In fact it makes it all the more pathetic.
