5.0 out of 5 stars WOW!, 26 July 2007
I began to read this book somewhat saddened by the fact that there will be none to follow it. It cannot be said however, that J K Rowling hasn't finished this series in style.
With Harry on a hunt to finish the job that Dumbledore gave him before his death, he is constantly on the run as Voldemort has taken over the wizarding world.
Doubt, frustration and anger fills Harry as he finds out about the Deathly Hallows; has Dumbledore set him on the wrong chase? Should he be looking further into the Deathly Hallows or should he continue his journey to destroy Horcruxes?
Infact, he kills two birds with one stone. I loved the fact that the ending revealed a last twist, just before you thought you knew what was going to happen.
In the final chapters, Harry shows the ultimate bravery in scenes which are at times tearjerking and at others comical. I was pleasantly surprised to find my assumptions of characters to be very wrong, which makes the book more exciting. It ties up all the loose ends from the previous novels.
This final installment of the Harry Potter series is a fantastic read and one which i could not put down until i had read all 608 pages. J K Rowling has penned another hit for certain!

This review is from: The Notebook [DVD] (DVD)
A friend lent me this DVD and I loved it so much that i ordered both the book and the DVD from amazon that very day.

This fantastic, touching love story has a twist that left me in tears more than once. The whole cast is so convincing and Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams compliment eachother as actors in the very best way. This is definitely in a different league to any other rom-com i have seen before.

A tender love between two young people, torn apart by people who just do not appreciate these feelings entwines into a deep and life-long love in which Allie and Noah embark upon.

You will not regret seeing this film, it is definite must. My new favourite film.
