5.0 out of 5 stars Dirty Pretty Things, Cure to the Babyshambles, 11 May 2006
This review is from: Waterloo to Anywhere (Audio CD)
Listening to Carl's new bands album you can definately hear they all gel together well. There is definiately the sound of the Libertines in there somewhere, but not dwelling on the past, DPT are definiately the cure to the Babyshambles album. The energy of DPT's album absolutley blows you away. Carl has taken all this negative energy, feelings, anger from the Libertines Saga and turned it into this vibrant energy in DPT's music. There's not a bad song on the album, and the lyrics are brilliant too.

DPT have two ex Libertines members but it wouldn't be DPT without the other band members in there creating this new exciting music.

A must for anyone, who is sick of the other bands their listening to.

5.0 out of 5 stars My House Never Used To Be Like This..., 4 Dec 2005
This review is from: 9.0: Live (Audio CD)
My House Never Used To Be Like This...Thats right your house will be turned upside down with 9.0:Live Album from Slipknot. You've heard the refined version and now you can get the live version of some of the best Slipknot songs. If your a fan its definately a must have but all I know is that my sound system's bass and volume are maxed out all the time with this album.
I think I'll have to turn it down soon though, the plaster is starting to crack on the walls...
The older songs are brilliant although the songs off 'Vol 3:The Subliminal Verses' Corey's voice is amazing.
"Life is Loud" why should it be any different with Slipknot.

5.0 out of 5 stars Under the O Sea, 15 Sep 2005
Well the mix is definately worth buying especially if your a fan of The OC.
The songs on it change your mood, and I seem to find myself, especially on the more relaxed songs, thinking about the future or what i'm thinking about doing later on that day.
Although I had never heard most of these songs before watching The OC, its like hearing that memorable song from when your younger or from a particular fantastic or sad moment in your life.
It gives you hope, by reminding you that nothing is certain and that you need to make the most of it.
Or it could be just goOd musiC.

5.0 out of 5 stars Photo Paper, 2 May 2004
This Verbatim A4 Glossy Inkjet Photo Paper is ideal for people who want great looking photos, without spending money on more expensive papers.
This paper is 150gsm which means it is alot thinner than other photo papers. Although I'm not too sure on how much better an image you can produce on higher quality paper, that is more than 150gsm (Thicker paper). Other factors such as manufactures own paper products may also affect print quality.
Although I can say that this paper is alot cheaper per sheet of paper. This makes it ideal for people just starting out with a new printer. Mistakes then don't cost you as much, especially when mis-printing photos or images.
I have also used this product for DVD front covers, as well as photos. As with all paper products the print quality varies if the wrong paper type is selected on your printer, as i found out when slightly blured images came out.
All in all value for money.
