Great price and I have had them before. As a veggie I think these really help with hair and nail growth and condition. Last about 3 -4 months and are veggie. Fast post.

Doctor Who: The Legacy Collection (Shada/More Than 30 Years In The TARDIS) [DVD]
Dvd ~ Tom Baker

5.0 out of 5 stars Shada great, Tom great, animated version also cute, 9 Mar 2014

Worth the money - it's an interesting story idea and a moment of Who history with the strikes etc. The narrated bits don't get in the way of me enjoying the story and having watched many of the Who stories over and over this almost feels like a new one. Some elements are silly (the man in silver stacked heels) but some are very Time Lordy and I always like those bits. Baker is excellent and daft as as ever, Lalla Ward is in a gorgeous outfit, K9 is minimal, and the extras on the DVD are interesting. The play-able animated version of Shada is hard to find, as it were, and I have spent ages working out how to play it on my Macbook, won't play on a DVD player but it's McGann and is also enjoyable. One of my favourite extras is the Nicholas Courtney tribute which I thought was lovely.

Great story, daleks on top form, good motivation to the Doc's actions too. The usual timey-wimey twists and turns. recommend it, very entertaining and engaging.

Great eg of Cale and Reed, fantastic lyrics, full of emotion and makes you think. Smalltown brilliant - "you hate it and you know you have to leave".

Lovely smooth writing and flow, nice thickness of line, not a bad price but Wilkinsons are cheaper for the same.

Brilliant: punk cabaret, genuinely gorgeous songs, exciting, thought provoking, she's brilliant live, she's singing about compassion, living, caring, feeling, fighting to be a voice, and I loved this.

The Art of Dramatic Writing: Its Basis in the Creative Interpretation of Human Motives
The Art of Dramatic Writing: Its Basis in the Creative Interpretation of Human Motives
by Lajos Egri
Edition: Paperback
Price: £6.95

3.0 out of 5 stars OK, 25 April 2013

This came recommended and is very theoretical and wordy, which I don't mind, but it doesn't make for a hugely stimulating reading experience. Will it help you write a play? I doubt it. It's all 'the writer when he..." and "the playwright as a man must..." and "each actor must decide his..." so that grates now too. So - it's of its time, dated and clunky. Some interesting bits on a theory level and is good at pushing the whole 'why tell this story' self edit but I wouldn't recommend it - go and see current plays instead.

5.0 out of 5 stars Interesting narrative, 25 April 2013

Perhaps odd to have Mike Yates tell this story but it actually helped to evoke the whole UNIT era and captured the 3rd Doctor well. I enjoyed it, and really like the whole series of the Destiny Of The Doctor where the doctor sends himself little messages/warnings through time.

Great to hear Lalla Ward again, and a story which begins with some quite funny digs at our own era and preoccupations. Enjoyed it.
