Enjoyed this book which is the first in a series.
The growing partnership/partnership between The two main characters is good and believable, and the plot was interesting.
I look forward to the next in the series.

What a great book! Totally believable characters and a terrific plot. Loved the way all characters were all interwoven.
I read The Husband's Secret really quickly because I just couldn't wait to find out what happened next.
Basically the book is about the secrets people keep, and the consequences of keeping those secrets; also what happens when people act on their secret thoughts and desires.
Brilliant book - made me want to read more of Liane Moriarty's books.

Wonderful book. I really liked the way it was written and laughed out loud quite a lot.
Some reviewers had guessed the twist, but I didn't; and when I did get to it I was surprised and touched by it.
Highly recommended read, which I imagine it would appeal more to females than males even though it was written by a man.

Absolutely loved this DVD. It's a black comedy set in Ireland. Brendan Gleason is great in the lead as the work weary gruff Irish policeman investigating drug smuggling.
He's joined by an an American FBI agent who is the total opposite of him, and they don't get on which obviously adds to the comedy.
Highly recommend.

Well written book which I really enjoyed especially as could relate to all the events in the book.
Very sad and poignant at times, and laugh out loud at others.
Totally believable and up-lifting.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good thriller / whodunit, 4 Jun 2014
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Good thriller.
At the risk of seeming "picky" there were an awful lot of characters in the book, and I found difficult to keep up with them all at times, hence my 4 stars.
Plenty of twists and turns in the plot which kept me guessing.

Easy, gentle read. I liked the laid-back character of Hamish the policeman, and could see how he could develop. Look forward to reading other books in the series.

Beautifully written book about how war irrevocably changes people.
PLEASE don't let the subject of war of put you off reading this book.
This is not subject matter I usually choose, but I am so glad I did.
Thought provoking terrific book
