5.0 out of 5 stars great book! I must read by Spangler!, 31 Mar. 2002
Sabin is a bounty hunter, he's been to every hellhole in the galaxy, but in Giza's he finds something he's never found before......Sabin is more dangerous to Moriah; a smuggler, than she first believes. Moriah, who believed she would never be able to stand a man's touch without revulsion is proved very much wrong......... This is a terrific book, from the very first page you get excitement and enjoyment. Ms. Spagler has a very realistic way of dealing with issue of abuse in the heroine's past, that i could really simpathize with and made her even more believable to me. The hero was definately someone to fall in love with. I say its a must read for any futuristic/ fantasy readers! its the first book in a series followed by shielder and shamara (although shielder was written first).

5.0 out of 5 stars Texas here i come!! Stunning debut novel for Ann Bachman, 26 July 2001
This review is from: Together Again (Paperback)
For twelve years, Julie Chisum has lived a lie. It threatens to catch up with her, when John Rhyder, the man who betrayed her, comes back into her life. She's afraid of what will happen when he finds out she had his son and kept it a secret from him.
John isn't aware he betrayed Julie. She's the one who jilted him. But when he finds out he has a son, he realizes he must repair their relationship in order for them to have a future.
Ann Bachman's first novel gives us a brief glimpse of this stunning new author. Her characters are well-developed and the story's plot is well thought of. Her details of ranching life are well-done without being intrusive. I found this book a delight to read, if you like books that run riot on your emotions this is the book for you. She weaves a story that draws you into it, you can feel the heat of the sun, the characters anger and pain. This book makes you laugh and cry. People who like sensual and emotional westerns read this.....
Definately look out for her other books!! This is a must read debut novel!! Plus it makes me wanna go to Texas!! !! hehe
