4.0 out of 5 stars Good little tablet at reasonable price, 21 July 2014
Using iPad Mini as educational tool for 6th Form college in Portsmouth to take advantage of the 100,000 educational apps - or a few of them - plus itunesU. Size makes them small enough to carry around but significantly bigger than phones. Apple management software ensures all students have the same set up. Excellent little tablets that are robust and hold their value as are very marketable second hand.

Pads are as expected, compact so don't squash, strong glue, and I would imagine will be hard wearing. Size was as expected - what more can I say!

5.0 out of 5 stars Why would you buy Epson Ink?, 24 Nov 2012
I put these cartridges into brand new printer and they have performed without any problems. The print quality looks good, especially on photo paper and they last ages - don't need to tell kids off for printing in colour any more. They work with the level reader so no excuse for running out especially at this price!

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Card, 27 Aug 2012
Purchased for Fuji camera and it provides massive capacity even satisfying my click happy daughter. No reason not to recommend. Other Fuji products have been good quality so hope that this card will provide similar long service.

5.0 out of 5 stars Loud Alarm, 12 July 2012
Standard smoke alarm with usual fittings to attach to ceiling. Case is better quality plastic than others I have had. Having silence button vital as is set off by cooking as previous ones in that location. Silence button not immediately obvious when you are stretching up to turn it off and the very loud alarm is deafening. Good product on face of it, time will tell if batteries last longer.

4.0 out of 5 stars Efficient Filter, 22 April 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
The product has a quality feel to it with a soft base. The opening where water is filled is convenient, the water filters quickly and the water tastes fine. Having filters for the year is good and replacements look to be reasonably priced. Fits ok into the fridge door despite the large capacity. Would recommend as a good product.

GE 60w E27 Screw Cap R63 Reflector Bulb

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Bulbs, 12 Feb 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
The bulbs arrived well wrapped in a prompt fashion. The bulbs I have used so far all worked (none damaged in transit) and I used them in spot cases designed for larger bulbs which appear to have gone out of sale. These work absolutely fine and give a nice white light. Come highly recommended as were a very reasonable price.

Panasonic KX-TG8522EB DECT Twin Digital Cordless Phone Set with Answer Machine - Black
Panasonic KX-TG8522EB DECT Twin Digital Cordless Phone Set with Answer Machine - Black

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Phones, 24 Nov 2011
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Phones are pretty easy to use once you get your head round the instructions. The quality of the signal is excellent, it doesn't drop out or crackle. Biggest gripe is how stupidly short the power lead going to the main phone holder is, probably only about 1 meter this has made it very difficult to keep the phone on the wall on the landing where the old one was. Very annoying when manufacturers skimp on cheap stuff that affects the usability of the product. Not much more to say other than that unlike the old phone we had, when we use a fixed line phone to answer the call and then pick up the call on the DECT phone the fixed line phone is cut off which can be a bit annoying when someone else picks up the DECT phone mid conversation. It is always handy to have fixed line in case of power cut. All round decent phone and would recommend.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Socks, 11 Jan 2011
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
Socks are pretty comfortable, despite having what appears to be a plastic type substance between the layers. I have been using them on my bicycle. They are definately waterproof which was very obvious when it poured down but I didn't have waterproof trousers over the top and they filled up with water - lesson there - no point wearing waterproof socks without something to stop water running inside. I was a little disappointed that they weren't a little warmer, we obviously did have cold weather before Christmas but the Sealskin gloves I have were more up to the task. I have now purchased waterproof overshoes which prevent the shoes from getting very wet and is proving to be warmer so the socks are a little redundant though when the spring weather comes I will probably use them instead of the overshoes.
