5.0 out of 5 stars Ther's a good reason it's still in print, 13 Feb. 2011
This book is excelent - I'm so glad it's still avalable. It's basically the whole of further pure maths in one book which makes looking something up easy. It's not organised into specific moduels, which can make chosing question for revision difficult, rather ti's arranged into topics - very often I've learnt something from this book that wouldn't have been covered in the pecific moduel books simply because it's in the next moduel.

I'm still using it as a undergraduate! The only other maths book I use is Mathematical Techniques: An Introduction for the Engineering, Physical, and Mathematical Sciences.

3.0 out of 5 stars Execlent series - but plenty of issues, 19 Jan. 2011
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
Firstlt, the C&C series is epic. Once I got this working it was the most fun I've had since I first played these games all those years ago. However, there are a lot of issues. I installed everything without a problem, and they all worked (except for YR, see below) but with a few issues.

If you run RA2 anything other than 98/ME or XP you'll neet to set the compatability settings on the RA2 YR game (a file called RA2MD.exe) to 98/ME. Secondly, you'll want to patch Tyberium Dawn with this: [...] (it's unoffical but it fixes a tonne of issues). There are also probably unoffical patches to completly fix RA, but I haven't found them yet.

Atkins' Physical Chemistry
Atkins' Physical Chemistry
by Peter Atkins
Edition: Paperback

5.0 out of 5 stars Excelent book, 10 Oct. 2010
This version of APC is much better than the previous version (8e) for several reasons. Firstly the images are much improved, and some of the previously un readable diagrams are now very clearly rendered. Also, the addition and reorganisation of the supporting material (i.e. the maths) is far better. The use of in-text graphics is also far better, making for an easier and prittier page layout.

5.0 out of 5 stars Big, 1 Sept. 2010
This review is from: periodic table of Elements Mug
The first thing that strikes me about this mug is that it is big - twice the capacity of a normal mug. The second thing that I notices wat that the sides were thiner then I would have expected. Overall, I quite like this mug.

2.0 out of 5 stars Typical microsoft, 30 July 2010
This camera is compatable with every version of XP except x64. This is a problem. Also, the bundled software is slow, ineffichent and designed to work only with microsoft's mesaging systems.

The USB only connection is good, but the supporting software is not.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very good for price, 26 Jan. 2010
Not the best headphones I've owned in terms of bass, but other than that good sound reproduction. Would still buy them.

In case you were wondering, the cable is just over 2m, with a volume and microphone pick up control roughly 0.7m from the actual headphone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excelent, 20 Jan. 2010
This review is from: Organic Chemistry (Paperback)
I found this to be a brilyant book - a few errors when it comes to the diagrams, but nothing major (e.g. an arrow will be slightly off or something like that - not really a problem). Especiaaly good if you prefer to understand rather than know org. chem..
