It is the type of book that make me 'wow', 1 Aug. 2013
This book provides not only 'what' Tony and Zappos has done, but also 'how' he got there. Nearly half of the book is the story of Tony's life and his journey since his early age through LinkExchange and his fund, Zappos comes in the later part of the book. This book is very helpful if you are looking for a new way, and probably a more suitable way, to operate a business: focus on customer service and organizational culture. I totally agree with this idea, and that's why I love this book.
