MIND CALM: The Modern-Day Meditation Technique that Gives you 'Peace with Mind' Sandy C Newbigging's book, 3 Mar 2014
Immediately I started reading Mind Calm I felt the author was speaking to and understanding me. I have used many meditation techniques and read numerous books over the last 20 years. This time it was different, I gained understanding regarding a busy mind, as well as hidden causes I had not thought about before. The easily applied quick cures were refreshing simple and the authors perspective on attachment made sense too. Since reading this book I have used Sandy's meditation and it has meant my sleep has become so much more restful even after waking to go to the bathroom. There is also a really worthwhile section on love towards ourselves which in turn deepens and enhances our loving relationships.
