2.0 out of 5 stars Only good for wide-open spaces, 15 Mar 2014
The problem with this watch is that it doesn't like buildings as it easily loses contact with the satellites, which is unfortunate if you live in a town or city. It is also quite unresponsive to changes of pace. It's a good product if you live on a prairie, or the Russian steppe, and don't have to slow down to cross roads etc.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy this for cycling., 5 Aug 2011
I bought this map bundle for use with my edge 705 bike GPS and guess what? It doesn't have cycle tracks or bridle paths on it. There is a national cycle path near where I live along an old railway line, but according to the GPS you are cycling through fields. It is OK for cycling along main roads and through cities, but not for country cycling. Also, you can only load it on one GPS unit (you need to read the small print), so I can't use it on my other Garmin GPS for Fell walking, but it doesn't have many public footpaths on either. Garmin make great GPS units but their map bundles are expensive and poor quality, containing far less detail than the relevant OS maps.
