5.0 out of 5 stars Metro Station - AMAZING, 17 May 2008
Metro Station, a reletively new band from the USA. Their dance/metal style is reminiscent of Panic At The Disco's 'A Fever You Cant Sweat Out'. But if you don't like Panic then don't let that put you off. From Seventeen Forever to Shake It this album is top class from start to finish. A must have for any metal or dance fan. An essential buy and one of the best bands I have heard in a long time.

4.0 out of 5 stars buzz returns for more, 30 Dec. 2006
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
the Buzz series of games is one which is based around fun. Yes it may be more of a party game, but when you play it with more players, the fun levels just raise. There are simply loads of questions, some which appear more often than others. The buzzers supplied with it are simply genius, 5 simple buttons on a small controller. If you never really liked using the playstation 2 controllers then these make a welcome change. The Big quiz covers all subjects from sport and music, to general knowledge. You will know the answers to some questions but not others. However, as with anything (except finding Ł1 million) this has downsides. The single player game doesn't make sense. the 'quizmaster' mode also has not been executed successfully. But, you won't be using these modes much as it is fun replaying the quiz over and over as the thousands of questions are selected at random and when they do show up again the order the answers appear is also random. Meaning you don't press the same button to answer one particular question. the numerous rounds are varied, with colourful characters and tons of questions meaning i give this a 5 for fun but a 4 overall. yes it's fun in multiplayer, but the other game modes are best avoided.

4.0 out of 5 stars the pilot academy, 10 Dec. 2006
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Pilot Academy (PSP) (Video Game)
well, well, looks like our portable pall can take to the skies. it can and it does with some success. pilot academy is a fully respectable game. plenty of military and civillian planes to choose from, most of them unlockable. throw in a vast area to fly around in. 4 player multiplayer for the not so faint hearted, it can get tense up there. however, the controls are flawed by the very system it runs on. the controls are mapped on the PSP's little analog stick, as this is so small, the controls are twitchy to say the least. so don't go expecting to do impressive loops and rolls straight off, oh no, you may find yourself falling groundward at a very fast speed. the lessons are helpful, but difficult and a challenge mode will keep you on your toes. so overall pilot academy just falls short of the Dr. Wolves seal of approval. it may be a great concept and game. but the controls are too twitchy for our little fingers.

5.0 out of 5 stars Enter A New World, 27 Oct. 2006

Pokémon has stepprd into the Johto area. The game is basically has the same goals as all the other pokémon games, catch 'em all. However, this version is slightly different to Gold/Silver. It has moving pokémon, see a wild pokémon, it moves. I would totally recommend this game to anyone with an interest in pokémon as you can explore Johto AND Kanto. Plenty to keep you busy. Not to be missed. It gets the official Dr. Wolves stamp of approval. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars one for all, 20 July 2006
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
this game is quite simply THE game which stands out from the growing number of gamecube games. a 2D fighting game which is kinda comparible to Tekken may not appeal to everyone, but, unless you are terrified of pummeling some classic nintendo charachters, buy this one, if you want to cream Falco as Young Link or even beat Link as Ganondorf (did i spell it right?). it is insanely long with always something to do. buy it quickly, you will love it!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Ultimate Game: A Must Have, 19 July 2006
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This must be the Holy Grail for Zelda fans. The original Zelda, Zelda: The Adventure Of Link, Zelda: Ocarina Of Time AND Zelda: Majora's Mask. It's worth getting it just for the Ocarina Of Time but throw in some videos and a brief history of all the Zelda games ever, PLUS a demo for the Windwaker top off this must have game for basically anyone. What are you waiting for? BUY IT NOW!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars mario conquers the american game, 19 July 2006
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
i first bought this game searching for something different. it turned out to be one of my best ever games. The controls are simple to use. You will be smacking home runs in no time. There are lots of charachters, each with indevidual skills and weaknesses. The mini games are fun and help improve your skills. Toy Field is great for multiplayer action. Overall this is a great game and Iwould always recommend it.
