What a find! I was recommended this book and can honestly say, is one of the best book purchases of the year for me to date. I struggle with a lot of cookery books (too many pretty pictures, and not enough words, and when there are words, not laid out in a fashion that's quick and easy to work with in the kitchen). This one however, ticks all the boxes in those aspects.
Also, in an age where people are quick to reach for the fad diet, powdered food diet or tinned diet, this book I think is key. From easy to more complex recipes, all using easily obtainable ingredients, fantastic instructions and crammed with delicious recipes, I have no problem in recommending this to anyone interested in improving their diet, finding new tasty healthy recipes or those seeking to make adjustments to their diet due to an acute or chronic health condition. Helpfully at the start there are also easy to understand descriptions of different food types and their benefits, and how they affect the human body.
I've made at least half of the recipes in this book now and look forward to trying the rest.
