Thrilled to have found a new book,fresh off the the press on a topical theme.The tastes are as good and interesting
as they appear in the really great photographs.In addition to the 160 recipes there are more than 20 pagesof well written,widely researched information on the ingredients which reflect the authors extraordinary knowledge of food
from all around the world.
