Medicine for the mind - take one meditation daily and finish the course! I loved the chance to reflect and be refreshed, to spend some 'me time. Simon writes with simplicity and clarity; and gently encourages getting in to the habit of a daily 'moment' and making it part of a routine. Dip in and you won't be disappointed - the freshness of each meditation is invigorating, and it only takes a minute! Highly recommend.
