Ok for 2500 lux level of sufferers but useless for anyone that needs 5000 or 10000 lux type of treatment. Is compact and simple to use.

Plug in usb receiver and put two AAA batteries in the back of the keyboard and you are away. The keyboard style is an island chiclet which has it's pros and cons. A large trackpad is handy. Range is good. Construction is average as you would expect at this price. Overall, good.

4.0 out of 5 stars 2.4G Keyboard Mouse, 25 Jan 2014

Short review of this usb receiver made by Mosart Semi 0x062a 0x4101 and associated keyboard and mouse
As usual the usb receiver is in the mouse.

2 AA batteries are required, one for the mouse and one for the keyboard. Rechargeables work well.
The battery compartment lid on the back of the keyboard is small and flimsy, not the best but that is to be expected at this price range.

It was simply plug in the usb receiver dongle and off you go.

Like others have said it is a US layout keyboard.
Changing to OPERATING SYSTEM prefs to British layout produced the right UK results but obviously the keyboard keys are fixed.
The Caps Lock indication could be better - faint orange (on) and faint green (off) are not the best for me.
Cannot map the multimedia keys with AROS yet, but will keep trying.
The keyboard is big and full size, functional and OK without being spectacular.

The optical mouse feels better than the keyboard in use.

Generally good for the price, there are better but you have to pay more.

Really small about the size of a console games hand controller. Solid plastic contruction.

Battery is lithium ion 3.7V 500mh phone battery like a Nokia BL-5C or equivalent so hopefully many around for a while.
It does have spaces for 2 AAA batteries but they are not wired in which is a shame beacause I would prefer this version.
You charge with provided USB to mini usb lead for the first time and subsequent.

The one I received has a UK layout with pound sign on key 3.
Keys are hard rubber and nice click feeling when depressed. Reminds me of old handheld calculator buttons before they went plastic and squishy.
You have to get used to the keyboard layout though.

D-pad untested at the moment due to my alternative OS tendencies like Linux and AROS.
Touchpad works well but have not defined the DPI yet for larger screens.
This keyboard has a range of several metres only.

This is great for limited used like media player control, youtube, simple web browsing rather than long text documents.

Good for the price but as I have only had it for a week, time will tell how long it lasts.

Many thanks to Blue Byte who sent out another after the Royal Mail lost the first after Christmas 2013.
