essential reading if your business is to thrive..., 29 July 2013
I have long admired Brian Solis' work and his latest book is no exception. This is an excellent seminal piece for businesses that want to survive and thrive in the current economy‐ honestly I would be hard pressed to think of a business book that I have read in the last five years that so clearly and coherently explains what business needs to do to deliver an experience that puts them head and shoulders above the competition, influencing other new buyers and have customers coming back for more‐ and boy is there scope for improvement for many big brands and smaller ones alike, here in the UK and abroad....I bought this book weeks ago and continue to re‐read it ‐ I would happily recommend anyone in business or who has a business to purchase this book‐ it's a no‐brainier if you want to have the edge. Period.
