Overall interesting book for those that work stressful multi-tasking jobs. Give a couple of practical examples and stories that will provide insights on how to structure one's thoughts and how to better plan activities in order to increase efficiency. I found the content to be useful and easily applicable.
Since the content is presented through stories and example rather then theoretical concepts, the book also makes for a relatively easy read.
