1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy. Do not rent. Do not recommend., 28 May 2013
This review is from: Breaking Wind [DVD] (DVD)
This movie was a complete waste of a DVD rental, we lasted 10 minutes in before laughing at how awful this movie was.

The acting is terrible, even for a spoof film.
The jokes aren't remotely funny, even for fart/sex jokes.

Those of us who had seen Twilight, and even those who hadn't, both agreed that this was the worst movie we had ever seen.

If you want to see a brainless comedy, try "Sandshark" it's far more entertaining.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great but could be better., 28 May 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This is a great journal for writing in, the pages are blank which means you have the option of writing or drawing/doodling.
The quotes along foot of each page are a lovely touch, as are the photos throughout.

Also, the page thickness is decent so most pens will not leak through, a major plus point.

My only complaint is that it's set out more like a book, with all the publishing details etc. Not something you'd expect in a journal/notebook. As someone who buys a lot of stationary goods this was a little disappointing.

Otherwise, I'd definitely recommend it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Heads will roll!, 28 May 2013
This review is from: Sand Sharks [DVD] (DVD)
What's not to love about this movie, Sandsharks opened my eyes to a whole new world of cinema.
Sure the acting is sub-par, bit like your average Eastenders cast really, and the special effects are ropey at best.
But I'd give this an A+ for blowing my mind and for the memorable lines.

Go watch it now you "sand-of-a-b*tch"

1.0 out of 5 stars Contradictions from the outset., 7 May 2013
Brad Warner seems to have a lot of big ideas, but doesn't seem to know how to get them out on paper in a concise way.
This book is full of contradictions from the outset, which made for a very confusing read from the start.
Twisting the last thing Buddha said to mean "Question Authority"? Is this because it fits better with your book Mr Warner? Because I don't understand why, or how, it would mean "Question Authority."
I would definitely not recommend this book and certainly none of his others after having a brief read of another, I dislike his writing style and his ideas.
