Nothing Renegade about it, 26 Dec. 2012
Basically it's just Lidiard rehashed. LSD.
What's different? Well just run your slow runs faster than normal... rubbish..
Two sessions a week .. one tempo (run faster than most "tempo" runs) one speed .. nothing renegade about that.
Don't run more than 16 miles on your long run.. except "us". We run 20 odd miles .. but we're special!
Five chapters of "padding" rubbish about stretching and buying shoes etc. If you're buying this looking for something special.. forget it. There's nothing special about their method. Same old Same old!!
