4.0 out of 5 stars Good toothbrush, 22 Sep 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Upon receiving the item I put it onto charge, which took an astonishing day. It then held the charge for 7 days (which was brushing twice a day). I do like the product, but am taking off a star for what I consider to be poor battery life. There are lots of positives though, a few programmes to choose from, which leave your teeth actually feeling clean (which you don't always get with a manual brush!). There is also an indicator that lights when you applying too much pressure, but this can only really be seen in the mirror. Overally I would recommend this, as long as you don't mind the charging every 7 days.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, 11 Sep 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This is really an excellent iron. Positives include:

- No settings. It chooses the right one. This is great for me, as I have no idea what settings should be used for different materials.
- Lasts for ages. Mainly due to the large water tank
- Excellent additional steam if needed
- Great results. I hate ironing, this produced fantastic results without having to keep ironing the same spot over and over again, like some irons require.

Negatives:

- The size. If space is at a premium, then I would look at something a little smaller.
- Not suitable for small loads. If you live alone, then I wouldn't use this. It's more suitable to large ironing loads, which it flies through
- The noise. When double steam is activated you might as well turn off the TV because you won't be able to hear it. Luckily double steam is optional for those tougher items.
- The price. But this is down to you as the purchaser.

Overall this is excellent for people with lots of ironing (families etc), and if you want a really good iron that will get the job done quickly then this is certainly one to look at.

Nescafe Dulce Oblo Coffee Capsule Machine - White by Krups
Nescafe Dulce Oblo Coffee Capsule Machine - White by Krups
Price: £89.00

4.0 out of 5 stars Good, but flawed, 11 Sep 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
The machine is easy to set up (and also easy to clean, which is very important!). Once set up it is pretty slimline and doesn't take up too much worksurface space, so would be ideal in a smaller kitchen. It comes with 6 pods, so you obviously have to buy some more, however it also has a £10 voucher for use online, which means you can get some more for not too much money. In terms of operation - it is relatively easy to use, except you control the amount of water. This may be nice if you have different sized cups, which means you can always fill them to the level you want, except the issue is that most of the pods have a recommended amount of water required (in ml). Unfortunately it is pretty hard to guess 60ml etc. This is the only real issue I have with the machine. Other than that the taste is pretty good. Better than instant coffee, but not quite at the level of coffee in a coffee shop, somewhere in between. If you can handle judging the water, then it is a really great little machine, but it does lose a start due to the water issue.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good speed and range, but expensive, 11 Sep 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This router is for cable connections. If you have an ADSL connection then you need to find an alternative. Setup was easy, just don't use the quick start guide as it is very basic. The router is quite distinctive looking too, so make sure you are happy with its look before purchasing. The router didn't drop out at all in the past few weeks, and the range is pretty impressive. I get a full five signals through an external wall into my office and it also goes all the way to the end of the garden. Speed of transfer also seemed very good (but I didn't properly run a test on this). I would not hesitate to recommend this if you are looking for a fast, cable router with a long range. The only issue that I can see is the price of £200+ does seem a little steep for a router.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent iron, 10 Sep 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
I was on the lookout for a new iron as the last one that I had was relatively cheap and had not lasted that long. Luckily I was able to get one of these irons. There was quite a difference between the old cheap one and this one, which was more expensive. It heats up quickly, and has a tremendously effective steam button. It has a calc clean tray which is easy to use and also comes with a cable tidy to attach to your ironing board (which is actually very good!). It has an eco mode too, which I have tried but I have no idea if this actually reduces electricity usage or not, but it still irons fine in this mode.

Negatives:
Doesn't come with a water filler pouring thing, but no real problem as I always use a small cup or glass instead to fill the water.
The lead is shorter than I would like, but as long as you are near a socket it is ok.

I would definitely recommend this product.

4.0 out of 5 stars High quality product, 10 Sep 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
In the box you get two solar lights, with options to place them in soft ground (via spikes), or fix to hard ground. First impressions were good, they feel high quality and look good, but in my opinion are a little expensive, especially if you want more than two lights. They were easy to set up. I do like that the solar charging panel is on a lead, which means the lights can be placed in a dark area with no sun, but the panels to charge can be nearby, collecting the sun's rays. There is no adjustment as to when they turn on. You can either have them off (via a switch), or on. They turn on when their in built sensor says it's dark. This did work fine. They also lasted for quite a long time during a couple of BBQs. In fact we all ended up inside and they were still going strong. The light is fairly strong, but in a dimmed way. Your garden won't be bathed in a bright light, but you will be able to see. I would recommend this product, even though it is a little expensive for only two lights, you are still getting a quality set of lights.

Melissa & Doug Girls Activity Bundle
Melissa & Doug Girls Activity Bundle

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent set, 25 Aug 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
The product comes in a nice pack, which makes it excellent as a gift. In terms of the items within, there are two colouring books and a quite large sticker book. My daughter, aged 5 (nearly 6), really enjoyed using colouring books, and especially the stickers. The items are good quality. Some colouring books sometimes look like they are make of wafer thin toilet paper, the colouring books in this set are nice and thick. The pictures to colour are also interesting too and the stickers are across a wide range of themes. I would definitely recommend these for young girls, especially as a gift, perhaps for parties etc.

Clearblue Advanced Fertility Monitor Kit
Clearblue Advanced Fertility Monitor Kit
Price: £103.02

4.0 out of 5 stars Good, but expensive., 19 July 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This product does what a lot of other separate products on the market does, but builds them all into one central product. It is easy to use, however I would still recommend reading the instructions. Once you enter the data, you then have to take readings, which you have to do on sticks that are sold separate. Which is why this product loses a star. It is very good at what it does in terms of fertility ratings, however if you were to be using it on a medium-term basis, the cost would really start to rack up.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
Comes in a hard carry case as well as supplied with staples. It is lightweight, which concerned me as to whether it would be hardy enough to complete the tasks which I wanted to do (fix some dining room chairs where the upholstery had started to come off). I shouldn't have worried, the stapler went through the upholstery and penetrated the wood easily, leaving a very firm finish. As to some other reviews worried about safety. This is the type of thing you shouldn't leave lying around anyway. Very much like other power tools! Recommended

Galt Toys Playmat (Farm / Large)
Galt Toys Playmat (Farm / Large)
Price: £17.44

4.0 out of 5 stars Good product, 19 July 2014
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
This product is a playmat, which is washable, and that has various things to pull etc on it for the baby to interact with. It really does exactly what it sets out to do, babies will find entertainment on the mat, and when they get sick on it, it can just be popped into the washing machine! Very convenient. My only criticism is that on a hard floor the padding is not enough, and you would need to put down an extra blanket underneath it. Otherwise I would recommend this as it is washable, and very portable.
