To start with, I am a big fan of these guys...and bought the album without previewing any of the songs!

Think of what attracted you to Alter Bridge in the first place? Maybe you were a Creed fan before or not but all the good stuff that was there in the beginning seems to have been forgotten in this album. Maybe this can be explained by the number of side projects that band members had between albums...The songs seem broken...It feels like more of an artistic and technical statement than a great rock album.

Guitars - Miles got more involved with soloing this time. Mark ditched the wah pedal (he said he was too dependant on it). Mark's soloing is outstanding but song construction suffered because of not as strong riffs as previously. At parts feels like more trash metal

Vocals/Lyrics - One of the best voices in hard rock scene today but for some reason the lyric flow does not seem right. Previous albums you can sing verses and not only choruses. It just flows. This album struggles with great lyrical flow. It is definitely more TOOL like. Not sure if song writing suffered because Miles got more involved in the guitar work...and other side projects.

Exceptional guitar soloing

Weaker melodically and lyrically than previous albums. Can't headbang easily to this album.

I was really hoping that this would be much better...Having played COD and BFBC2 I was expecting much more from EA.This was the very first game that I pre-ordered...

This is a game that does not want to be COD but forgets all the enjoyments of BFBC2...and COD

1) You get killed left, right and center...without knowing whom, where and why...pretty unbalanced...for those who start playing...

2)Weapon choice is weak, only 3 types - assault rifle, sub-machine gun and sniper can customize your weapon i.e. add sights etc but there are only 3 choices for customization...

3)Maps are good but not as good as BFBC2. Too much detail at times, makes you get stuck at certain spots and easily become a prey...

4)Nothing new, or exciting about this...had much more fun playing least we could work together as a team...this is very don't play solo but you don't play as a team either...

5)No vehicles to play with...besides a tank in one of the maps...

A step back from BFBC2 and don't think this will challenge Black ops...nothing special about this game other than trying too hard not to be COD...

EA should have fixed BFBC2 by improving snipping, knifing and added more maps...
