I love all the belle books but I was a bit reluctant to read this as I thought maybe the belle story had gone on a bit too long but I loved how lesley pearse does alot of research in to her books not only a good story I always learn a lot from her books too this one was set in the world war 2 and I found my self going on Wikipedia to fined if the facts was right and also to read a bit about it myself well done lesley pearse just brilliant.

2.0 out of 5 stars either 2 or 3 stars i give it a 2*, 19 Jan. 2010
To start off with i thought this book was good, untill the "ever" started to moun bout the same things "its all my fault" and "i shouldnt have said that" just seemed like she was saying the same think as much as this book is different in its own right it is still going to get compeared to the ever so liked twilight books. although i have red all the twilight book i feel i will not be reading all of the immortal book due to lack od discribtion of charecters and the way the writer just seems to jump from one scean of the book to the other very quickly and sometimes left me wondering "where the hell i am" or "what the hell is happening now". so if you do feel like just reading this book just to see what its like i would let someone else buy it and borrow it from them or find the cheapest one out there. i dont think i will be looking after my copy as much as i look after my twilight books
