Hitler's Fate: The Final Story
Hitler's Fate: The Final Story

1.0 out of 5 stars Plagiarism?, 14 Sept. 2009
This book is a hoax. I bought it and deeply regretted it. Why? Because it is an exact duplicate (to the letter) of another book entitled "Hitler`s Escape" by a Ron T. Hansic, published in 2005 and also available on Amazon.
The publisher is the same, so I really dont know what the heck is going on here. This is plagiarism at its worse. They should be ashamed for selling this book. Amazon has to reconsider promoting it.
Shameful con job, thats my opinion. Dont buy, dont get duped.

5.0 out of 5 stars brilliant, 6 Jun. 2009
This review is from: Passover (Audio CD)
This is psychedelia and drone music at its finest. The last song "call to arms" is one of the best ever.... The hidden bonus track is ... well... it`s Lennon during the sixties but this time it`s about Iraq! Great album.

Perfect music for a near perfect film. Excellent crescendo build ups. Dark music for mental gymnastics.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great thriller, 8 Oct. 2007
This review is from: The Shot (Paperback)
I bought the book on a hunch and I was blown away. Great character depiction and a perfect story. Almost alternative history stuff. One of the best books I ever read. I wonder why Hollywood has not made a film of it? They have made dozens of junk films. Why not this? It would make the perfect movie. I strongly recommend the book.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best ever!, 8 Oct. 2007
For me, this film is one of my alltime favorites. It is a dark, allegoric and thought provoking movie. It is a thinking man`s movie. A must see.

5.0 out of 5 stars ASTONISHING, 5 July 2006
This is Henry Miller at his finest. Although he is one of my alltime favourites, in this book he surpasses himself. The ironic cynisism that he uses along with his stupendous prose is immaculate. The fact that he (an American) rejects in all forms the USA because of his superior perception and intellect, seems in the eyes of the Greeks (of the time) horrifying. The book describes an era which although only 50-60 years ago, today seems like centuries in the past. Greece was underdeveloped at best and devastatingly poor. The average Greek dreamt (like all Europeans back then) to go to AMERICA in order to strike it rich. Miller dissolved that myth so he seemed like an alien at the time. He is an anarchist with irony as his weapon. A contemporary Socrates. Great BOOK!!!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Rats GALORE!!!!, 5 July 2006
For anyone remotely interested in rats whether for or as in my case against, this book is great. It provides the reader with little tini witsy facts about the loathsome rats that are appealing in their sickness. In the end "Bring in the rat terriers" I proclaim....

5.0 out of 5 stars misleading, 25 May 2006
I searched out this book because I truly believe it (is supposed) deals with the most fascinating subject ever. However, because of a lack of information on the actual subject, the author deviates and spends whole chapters of valuable book space on immaterial topics (parapsychology, seances and other mumbo jumbo). Father Ernetti was a scientist and in this respect I want info on the machine he built if he actually built it. I dont want pseudo scientific (e.g. astrologers, mystics)and other crackpot theories. I can buy a comicbook for that or turn on the TV. Unfortunately the book is not worth its money. It is misleading.

5.0 out of 5 stars masterpiece, 22 May 2006
This review is from: Cryptonomicon (Paperback)
Not for the average reader. Vast amount of research and a very refined form of writing. It boggles the mind. At times it becomes confusing and tangled up but mostly it is the stuff of classics. Great choice for serious entertaining reading yet it requires a disciplined and knowledgable reader to appreciate it.
