Get this book and forget all others!, 21 Jan 2008
Being a gym fanatic for a good while, I have probably read every book out there on this subject and I can recommend this 100% above all others for anyone looking to seriously tone up, lose weight and / or build muscle with no time wasting gimmicks or expensive cons - just plain honest facts and routines that work. I have been doing the Advanced program for 3 weeks and can't believe the difference already. My upper body shape has changed already. I have been following the low carb, med carb, high carb day food eating plan and the weight is coming off slowly but surely. Don't buy this book if you are looking for a quick fix as there is no such thing! To make real changes you have to be committed, motivated and in it for the long haul and I really think this book will inspire and teach and make sense of the whole weight loss / tone up / diet / muscle building for women info that is out there. I would probably say to buy a book on Low GL diets to combine with this program, Patrick Holford is the best in my opinion. Hope this helps!
