This review is from: ESOTERIC PRAGUE (Paperback)
I found this book just the ones I wanted to find about the secret life of Prague since the 12th century. This guide helps the Researcher by dividing the city in different parts and giving, for each of them, the indications of the monuments, houses and places with their meaning and importance in times. So it's possible to see exactly where they are and which is their history and importance in the occult life of this wonderful and misterious city. Lots of information are provided in a few space. I was really satisfied of my buying it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Knowing the facts, 8 April 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This book tells how things went on in the anthrroposophical field after Rudolf Steiner's death. Based on related documents, it looks like a faithful mirror of the facts, where highly inspired thoughts and intent got mixed with earthly, human feelings of every kind. Just like everyday life of each of us, always confronting ourselves with our higher aims and our factual inadequacy.

Learning a new way of reading stories is of help in understanding the everyday truth concealed under the words of a tale for children. I was delighted by the concept that there's always something true in everything but one has to discover which is that part: man can change thoughts into hypotesies, and then these ones into theories and, at last, they become 'factual realities'. A little part of these ones is really 'real', all the rest one is the new intellectual myth.
Very interesting... and very true!

5.0 out of 5 stars The Voyage of the Self, 15 Jun 2012

This review is from: Alaska [VHS] [1996] (VHS Tape)
After having seen this film I had an image of another deeper meaning: something like a voyage of the Self. Its parts: Thought (the sister, rational and skilful), Feeling (the brother, rebel but who is able to start in order to find his lost father= the Soul). Will is the voyage itself. Help comes from the Spirit (the bear) and also from good people. Obstacles come from the poachers. At last the target is fulfilled: the Self is reunited and the Spirit is made free again, because now Its strength is in the Self. Starting from a position of Lost Paradise (from Chicago to the Alaska lands) there is a coming back, but in a new mood. Paradise is different now as people have become different.

5.0 out of 5 stars Introducing sacred Geometry Laws in our everyday Life, 3 Dec 2010
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
It's not a very easy book, but I think it can give a quite new point of view in our lives. It seems speaking only about geometry, mathematics, lines, cubes..., however you can discover that geometry laws are the ones of everything in the world and in our lives. Getting them and using them in our everyday life may mean better relationships and a more effective way of living. This, at least, is what I'm discovering not allowing myself to feel overwhelmed by the descriptions of some passages in transforming 3rd-dimension solids in 4th-dimension ones. I would suggest to read this book after (or together with) Steiner's books CW.105 and .227. MV
