Torchwood: The Men Who Sold The World
Torchwood: The Men Who Sold The World
by Guy Adams
Edition: Paperback
Price: £6.99

3.0 out of 5 stars A good read, 1 Oct. 2011
This isnt the best book i have read as i dont think that it kept me gripped until towards the end! But it had a good story line and had potential. The characters were set out well but the last 6 chapters were all titled "chapter 19" which was confusing and unnecessary as it just repeated the chapter 6 times but all from different perspectives, which got a bit tedious and i ended up skipping.
Out of the 3 newly released torchwood books i would rate them:
1st Favourite: First Born
2nd Favourite: Long Time Dead
3rd Favourite: The Men Who Sold The World :)

Torchwood: Long Time Dead

3.0 out of 5 stars brilliant, then confusing, then brilliant again, 23 Sept. 2011
i started reading this as i read the previous one "first born" and also i liked the character susie costello. At first i thought this book was brilliant! but then it got confusing and it stopped grabbing my attention, i wanted to keep readin but i couldnt be bothered to pick it up and read it.
After about a week i decided to carry on and it started gettin interesting again and all the confusing issues were sorted! so if your reading this and thinking that its going nowhere.. just keep reading it as it does get better! A good read, in the end! not as good as first born though.. im now reading "The men who sold the war":)

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely brilliant!, 18 Sept. 2011
Torchwood Miracle day has had a lot of mixed reactions and many people are just focusing on the negatives! but after watchin Torchwood right from series 1, i must agree that it wasnt the best series yet, it was slow at some bits and it didnt need to be 10 episodes! But they took a risk and tbh i thought it was still amazing and worked really well! I mean look at all the twists they had, the plot, the acting and the ending!! they were all tremendous and there are other good points aswell. If you are wondering weather to buy this i would definately buy it! its just fantastic!! I will be preording this straight away as i am a massive sfi guy and a massive torchwood fan and i LOVED every bit of miracle day!!
I hope they av a series 5!
