At last, a breath of fresh air when it comes to advice about selling skills. The most striking message that comes across, loud and clear, in Michael's book, is that selling is not hard - it's not about trying to recall some clever strategy, to hook the prospect into buying from you. The approach is simple, it's about being honest and transparent (naked) and building a relationship based on trust - now there's a novel approach! Great read, a must have in your sales locker.

At last, a book that doesn't take 3 weeks to read (a couple of hours, with breaks) and delivers precisely what Henneke said it would do.

This book cuts out all the waffle and delivers clear, practical advice about how to write web copy that sells. Quite simply a brilliant read for anyone who is starting out and wants to create a website and I would suggest, it's ideal for those who already believe they have a great website.

As an aside, I sent Henneke a personal email to thank her for the book and shared the changes I had made to my own site and within an hour she had responded with some great feedback and further tips - a real professional.
