There are lots of self-help books on the market making all sorts of promises about weight loss, but too many of them are based on fads and pseudoscience and, ultimately, fail to deliver on their promises. However, in The Scientific approach to Exercise for Fat Loss, Paul Orridge has presented an easy to use book that is packed full of evidence-based tips and techniques that can be used by everyone. I now know how to get the "most bang for my buck", as he puts it, and stay healthy as I do! I found this book to be easy to read, engaging and informative. I highly recommend it!
