Barbara Currie's yoga total body plan, 14 May 2003
As a beginer to yoga, I found this video very good. she talks you through it very well and i always have it on to do my yoga as i also find her voice calming. I am amazed on how much my body has improved in only 10 days, my knee's and jaw have stopped hurting and i can bend over so much easier i did have my doubts about yoga but im now hooked.
