5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic if you liked MOHAA, 13 Jan. 2004
This review is from: Call of Duty (PC CD) (Video Game)
Almost everyone has seen and played Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault and it was a fabulous game in its time. Time's moved on since it's release so it's great to know there's a new king of war-based first person shooters...and this is it.
It's a fantastic idea that you control three of the allied countries rather than just the one, it gives you a real sense of a coalition and not just the one on one idea of MOH. Talking of a coalition, this game also heavily inforces the point of being part of a group...and not just a group that die very quickly leaving you alone like MOH. There's a great sense of working together as part of a team to complete a task. To sum it up it's a fantastic game, and you won't leave it alone till you've finished it. Heavily recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars The greatest Stone Roses compilation, 11 Jan. 2004
This album includes some of the best Stone Roses songs ever written. Some of the best b-sides such as Mersey Paradise are included as well as the expected Fools Gold & Waterfall. It's great value for money, there are a lot of tracks & you'll play it over & over.

5.0 out of 5 stars The best Shaun Hutson book ever!, 11 Jan. 2004
This review is from: Compulsion (Paperback)
This book had me gripped from start to finish. I just couldn't put it down. It's a fantastic storyline and the characters are incredibly believable. I've got most of Shaun Hutson's books, and this is by far the best thing he's ever written. Brilliant.

5.0 out of 5 stars Back on form after Black Market Music, 12 May 2003
This review is from: Sleeping With Ghosts (Audio CD)
A fantastic album. I absolutely hated Black Market Music & I thought it was a download spiral for Placebo from then on, but this is a brilliant album thats right up there with Without You I'm Nothing. If you're nervous about buying an album after BMM then rest assured, you'll like this!

5.0 out of 5 stars Rainbox 6 are back!, 27 Mar. 2003
If you're a fan of the Rainbox Six series of games, or you like Splinter Cell, then you'll love this. If you've played the Rainbox Six games then you'll know what to expect; but couple the playability of the earlier games with the new Unreal 2 engine and you've got some pretty explosive graphics on your hands as well as some fantastic gameplay. I recommend this to anyone who likes the Tom Clancy games; and who doesn't?

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant! Best game I've ever played, 13 Nov. 2001
This is fantastic. Infinitely better than Rainbow Six. The various game modes such as Terrorist Hunt, Recon, Defend and Hostage Rescue will keep you coming back for more when (or if) you finish the game. I've played it, completed it and I -still- keep playing it. The various multiplayer modes are fantastic too; you can play against each other or as a team against the computer. Fabulous...buy it!
