5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic product, great price, amazing speed of delivery, 2 July 2015

Matched the description perfectly and looks fantastic. Despite the price it doesn't look cheap and if you don't want to frame mount your poster the quality of the frame makes it look great.

The company itself was extremely quick to dispatch it and used Parcelforce who kept me up to date with my order.

Would definitely recommend for anyone.

4.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for basic display and Cosplay storage needs., 15 Oct. 2014

Packaging came in a huge box which made me smile but otherwise matched the description perfectly and easy to use. A little smaller than my head but then all mannequins tend to be.

I needed one to store and work on a wig for a Cosplay event and wanted something a little more substantial than a simple wig stand. If you want to display items, work on wigs or do some basic Millinery shaping then I say this is the one foe you.

Great price and a good shape.

3.0 out of 5 stars Present for someone had a couple of issues, 26 Dec. 2013

This was meant to be a secret santa for someone and I picked it for the design.

The t-shirts do not come in pre-packed packaging they are loose.

When I received it, it wasn't in good condition there was dirty mark along the neck line and the picture was a tad faded. However after contacting the seller they immediately sent out a new one as replacement which was far better quality.

Size was she did say it was a little tight but it's jersey cotton so it will stretch

I can't really rate the item as it wasn't for me however the service was lovely and a good price, just be warned that there is no pre-packaging with the t-shirts.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun and simple and loving every minute of it, 26 Dec. 2013

It's not Agatha Christie which is a tad more serious and a lot darker.

This is lighter in tone however I loved it. Especially with a lot of crime thriller books being very dark.

The language is that set in England in 1920s- think "good job old sport" the sort of stereotype- which again is great to see.

The plot as follows is you have the beginning of a modern girl Daisy, an Lord's daughter who clearly has been excluded from her father's will so she decides to heck with it and become an independent girl with a job.

She's a writer for a journal for the gossip and history of Estate houses- think Home and Garden Magazine, however while she is there a murder occurs to a rather unpleasant gentleman and she ends up helping the yummy looking Inspector.

It's not contrite or hard to understand, all the characters are likeable. I just love the practical nature of the main character and the way she's not forcing herself to get involved in the investigation.

Basically she's asked to take short hand and her observant nature- mostly because she's an amateur photographer- sort of helps the officer along a bit.

It's great to see in a world full of over dramatic crime thrillers with the main characters going against the law to solve a crime on their own which makes you just roll your eyes thinking "yeah right cus that would happen."

If you're not used to the language it does take a bit of getting used to- it made me smile actually. But I do suggest reading it if you're sick of over dramatic unrealistic events where the member of the public solves everything because the police can't do their jobs and you want Miss Marple with out the darkness then this is for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing read, 22 Dec. 2013

The book cover does not do this book justice.

I just fell in love with the story and the inter connecting plots of all the characters all focused on this rare flower.

It doesn't feel forced and it's not overly complicated. For such a simple idea it was so compelling.

I loved it and would definitely read it again.

Plot was alright, just seemed a bit rushed.

I do agree with a lot of over reviewers that the ending was the biggest disappointment.

It's good it's free.

If you're expecting twilight- then yeah the two main characters are definitely twilight.

And the rest of it wasn't.

It's so self aware it's brilliant and yet compared to the other stuff out there that is meant to be taken seriously- this is written so much better.

In fact if it wasn't for the twilight tropes in the main characters it would have been fantastic to read.

I really hope the author keeps going but runs away from twilight teen fiction paranormal romance and instead does just paranormal adventure in a modern world as I think she would have something.

3.0 out of 5 stars Meh., 22 Dec. 2013

It was alright.

Nothing really new, nothing really different. The whole you are the re-incarnation of my long dead wife could have been done a lot better I suppose. I just thought the way they ended it was too neat and tidy.

The husband being a vampire just made me groan. I was hoping for something a bit more unique and not just another vampire male loves mortal woman.

It's not mind numbing annoying like a lot of the vampire romance novels where we follow just the annoying female character. But still this is just an okay read.

I'm glad I got it when it was on offer for free.

5.0 out of 5 stars A romance comedy that is eye rolling, 22 Dec. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
It's great.

I wouldn't say it's really a romantic comedy, it's more about a secretary given a new opportunity and starts to question the way her entire life is going as she does this new job.

The side characters were a great read as well, but the best bit was definitely the main character. She was like able, she had flaws and yet she was great to read about.

The romance wasn't too heavy and felt a lot more realistic compared to others in it's genre. A great read where romance wasn't the biggest factor of the story.

4.0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable yet again, just a shame on the length, 22 Dec. 2013
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
I would have rated this higher if it wasn't for how short it was, and the price for how short it was.

After I read the first one I was hooked and she doesn't disappoint with the second one.

It's great to have an insight into a small community that feels so small and so close together and yet they are still able to keep some secrets.

The teaser is a good teaser and makes you think it was going to be something completely different.

I just hope that the next one is a lot longer especially for the price it usually is. £7.99 is very steep for the length we get.
