What a fantastic book, probably the best i've read! I could not put this down, your compelled to keep reading. The shear brutality from the guards is scary. The wars within the prisons amongst the prisoners, armed with their own arsenals.Get your hands on this book, just brilliant.........

5.0 out of 5 stars Couldn't put this fantastic book down, 25 Jan 2009
Thought this book, one of the best i have read.I have read "The damage Done" and it is a great read. This i found brilliant, you laugh at the charactors and its told well, extremely funny. The brutality leaves you riveted, shocked and compelled to keep reading. If the other reviewers have read these books they too would be aware of the harsh conditions that are the norm in South east Asia. And see why these conditions would send a grown, innocent man,a little bit crazy. All in all 5 Star book,a must read!
