5.0 out of 5 stars Just...Beautiful, 18 Oct 2011
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
So, got this game yesterday and my jaw just dropped at how pretty this game is. Sounds lame, a game being pretty and beautiful, but any car enthusiast will appreciate how much time and effort the makers have put into modelling the cars and just making them look so life like. My best example so far is having a Citreon DS3 with the Top Gear Backdrop, it makes the car look life-like almost.

The driving itself is very good fun, quite easy to get to grips with and suddenly turning corners easily rather than swinging out wide. The rewind feature has made a welcome return for those instances when you just screw up a corner or overtake badly. The Top Gear add-on is pure brilliance and the achievement for Star in a Reasonably Priced Car is just classic and gives you a giggle. Needless to say my lap wasn't pro of any sorts but you heard yourself commentating to out loud in a Clarkson-esque way as you go through the follow through and round Gambon.

The intro by Jeremy Clarkson is also very passionate and thought-provoking, just like Turn10, he epitomises how much time and effort Turn10 have spent on the game and acquiring hundreds of cars and dozens of manufacturers to boot.

Overall, the game is great fun and worth a purchase, and having played previous iterations of Forza I can easily say this is without-doubt the best racing game available today.
