5.0 out of 5 stars Invaluable, 8 Dec. 2013

Really good value for money, bought a few interlinear bibles for kindle before this and this is much easier to use. Well worth the money though and good if you want to delve into the bible further without spending a shedload.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not great..., 4 Oct. 2013
We bought this camera following reviews we had seen of the non rechargable version which seemed fair overall. We figured it was worth spending for a rechargable version. On first look it seemed ok but within the first day of using the camera crashed, i.e. when we turned it on it appeared to work but the back screen went black and wouldn't take pictures, switch off or retract the zoom lense. Had to keep removing battery and turning on the camera until it fixed itself. Very annoying and meant that we missed some spur of the moment photo opportunites because I was trying to reset the camera, it would have been less annoying if it simply hadn't worked. Battery life seemed alright though but probably a bit of a gamble if you do buy. This is going back to the shop...

Good track and defo worth a go as a freebie. A bit of a return to old school Bloc Party but a welcome one

1.0 out of 5 stars Looks interesting but no good..., 4 Nov. 2012

The write up for this book looked interesting which is why I got it, however, you can't actually read it it on Kindle because it hasn't been formatted properly. The writing is too small and completely unreadable.

I'm sure the content is worthy but as a product it is wasted on Kindle.

Sorry but I can only give 1 star

I stumbled onto Union Sound Set on the back of being a Fightstar/Charlie Simpson fan (The lead singer Edd is Charlie Simpson's brother) and I have to say that it was a joyous and wonderful discovery.

The album is pretty much faultless. There are certain stand out tracks for my 'Here's to you', 'Longest Calm' and 'Answers' to name a few but each song is strong and well crafted. There is honestly not a song I would skip on this album which in my opinion is pretty rare. The songs are catch and listenable but not obvious enough that you loose interest quickly (if that makes any sense)

The family vocal resemblances are there but Edd's voice has rich tone and control to it, there is also a bit of Rob McVey from Longview going on there to. There are a few more similarities to Longview. The songs here are big and anthemic but with quiet moments. The guitar sound on the record is quintessentially a shoegaze/Nugaze sound, somewhere between My Vitriol, Sigur Ros, Ride and U2 which gives the record a really huge sound.

I really don't know what else I can write about this album other than to urge you to listen to a few songs and to get involved with Start/Stop
