Well how do i start? Harry Potter in general is a great series book-wise, the movies are to be honest very average in parts. I Love the books, i really do, i have read them countless times over and over again and always find something i have missed. The one criticism i have with the movie series is they are not completely true to the book, take "Order of the Phoenix" for example it missed so much of the book it was unbelievable and since then they have missed out a lot to leave me pretty underwhelmed at times.
However this film really is brilliant, unlike the past films there are only minor parts missed out and to be honest not very noteworthy. The climax really is and ending that is befitting of this great series, the actors have all matured and are to be honest really quite good, Daniel Radcliffe in particular has really matured as an actor. He portrays the emotional aspect that Harry is known for extremely well. The most noteworthy performance is that of Alan Rickman (Snape) the scene near the ending of the film..... well lets just say i had a tear in my eye, its so powerful and moving, you will struggle not to cry.
To some everything up i would say buy this asap, its a great film for all ages. There really is something for everyone, and if you haven't already READ THE BOOKS!
